Art and science

As a TOK learner, Mr. Jefferson was showed up in our class, he talked about his art life, how he get in touch with art, after his introduce, we start asking question. My question was "When I was doing search yesterday, I found the theory which is the Science and art are coexistence, they obey each other,I read this theory several times and I think compere with science the rang of art is not wide than science, if reach to a area which art can't touched, does art confine the development of science."

He answered me, he talked a lot, I'm benefit from his answer, its a meaningful class.

Science meets Art

In the TOK class, we watch TED talk, this video shows science meets art, in the talk, the speaker used different way to substitute PPT which is dance, he use dance to show what is the relationships between science, its creative and easy for people to understand rather than use PPT to explain those hard theory.

After watch this talk, I can see, science can show through art, we can use many shapes and angle to show how science work.

The knowledge of science.

In TOK class, Ms.York invited three science teachers, we had conversation, It is a greet talk, three teachers shared their opinion of how science effect the world and answered our questions, Its helpful for us to use different perspective to understand the science.

My question was: Is there any conflict when people study biology, physics and chemistry at same time?
